Ruben loses in singles but moves on in doubles in South Korea

Ruben (ATP-132) was not able to reach the quarter final of the challenger tournament in Gimcheon (South Korea). In the doubles he won his first match.

Ruben, seeded sixth, lost in the second round in two sets to British qualifier Liam Broady (ATP-394). The Belgian was defeated 6-1 and 7-6(2) after 1 hour and 26 minutes.

In the doubles, Ruben (ATP D-270) was successful with German Philipp Petzschner (ATP D-85). They beat the American pair Austin Krajicek (ATP D-143) and Jackson Withrow (ATP D-194) with 6-4 6-7(5) and 10-8. In the quarterfinals they compete against Marco Chiudinelli (ATP D-158) and Teymuraz Gabashvili (ATP D-635).
