Federer too strong in Rotterdam

Ruben (ATP-116) was not able to surprise top seed Roger Federer (ATP-2) at the ATP tournament in Rotterdam. He lost his match in two sets.

Ruben had to undergo the law of the strongest in Rotterdam. Federer is on the hunt for the number one position in Rotterdam and immediately made it clear in his first match that he's still in great shape. The Belgian lost the first set after 18 minutes with 1-6.

In the second set, Ruben made some nice points, but he was not really able to threaten Federer. After 47 minutes the 6-1 and 6-2 final score was on the scoreboard. "Federer is without doubt the best player against whom I ever played," Ruben said after the match.
