No third round for Ruben in Orléans, but he moves on in the doubles

Ruben (ATP-202) was not able to reach the third round of the challenger tournament of Orléans (France, CH 125). Afterwards he was successfull in the doubles.

In the second round, Ruben had to face sixteenth seed Yannick Maden (ATP-136). The Belgian won the first set with 6-4, but then went down in two tiebreaks with 6-7 (4) and 6-7 (4).

In the doubles there was better news, Ruben (ATP D-210) qualified for the quarterfinals together with Nenad Zimonjic (ATP D-864). They narrowly won with 4-6, 7-6 (4) and 10-6 against Rameez Junaid (ATP D-182) and Purav Raja (ATP D-90). Fourth seeds Hans Podlipnik-Castillo (ATP D-111) and Tristan-Samuel Weissborn (ATP D-99) are their next opponents.
