Early exit in Stockton

Ruben (ATP-101) was not able to reach the second round at the challenger tournament of Stockton (United States). He lost to a young Swedish talent.

Ruben started in California as the top seed. In the first round he faced Swedish Elias Ymer (ATP-208). The Belgian lost after 1 hour and 22 minutes with 5-7 and 3-6.

Ruben (ATP D-101) also played doubles with Canadian Frank Dancevic (ATP D-581). In the first round, they lost to Mitchell Krueger (ATP D-316) and Mackenzie McDonald (ATP D-248) with 6-4 and 6-0.
